I was in extremely low spirits since morning so I thought I’d skip the doodle vacation today. Then I decided I’d just post a picture of a painting that I had made when I was a teen. Later while talking to Scratcher I told him that I didn’t make any doodle today because I have been pretty sad so I couldn’t think of anything. But I was so happy after talking to him that I ended up making one. So, presenting you the ’Scratch Bags Vacation’.
Scratch Bags are on a vacation to a hill station. The weather has been lovely, it’s snowing here. This is the latest picture that we clicked while enjoying the snow. You can join in. Though it’s extremely cold here, but we have arranged for fire in our hut. We can pluck some fruits from the tree, and can make snow men later on. Come Come, we’ll have fun.

This is a picture of a painting that I made when I was a teen. It’s made on a frosted glass sheet, and they are a set of three painting with different designs. The picture is a little blurred but I think it’ll do.:)

I like these pictures. So colorful. You’re such an artist!
By the way, sorry you couldn’t get to my Needles story. Unforutnately, the website went down not long after, so my story only stayed up there for a few months. I can’t believe you read my older stuff! I’d debated removing a lot of it, because I applies to have my blog rated by a crazy group and I thought they’d totally berate for the crappy writing at the beginning. But then I figured, what the heck – let ‘em see it and rip it to shreds.

Thanks Margaret. Just a suggestion-why don’t you edit the post and post the store there only. And please don’t delete the old stuff, I think it has its own charm.:) Moreover I am yet to read so much.

Hi! It’s JD from I Do Things here, but your comments robot has me signed in under another name that I’m too lazy to log out of and fix. Trust me, it’s JD!
I like your little story that accompanies your first painting. It makes me feel like I’m on drugs of some sort. I love the colors in the second one. Don’t give up the art!
Welcome aboard JD.:) Let me give some scratch to my comments robot. How dare it give you so much trouble? I don’t paint these days because of tight schedules but I have plans to have my own studio one day. Hope I am able to have one soon. Btw do check your avatar, it’s darn funny.

If this is the “vacation” you were referring to in your FMB notice, it was well worth the trip…thank you for inviting me. I missed the obvious fact that you’re an extremely talented visual artist: fanciful imaginings of bright colors and modest images which form an innocent yet sophisticated perspective.
I can’t even draw a straight line, let alone manage such impossibilities like linear perspective, but I DO play a mean Chopin sonata on the piano. Nonetheless, I’ve always admired painters (having known several in my life) and envy their gift. Even though your vacation isn’t part of my own life, thank you for sharing it with me…I guess I envy you too. See you later.
Yes Michael, this was the vacation I was referring to.
There is a doodle week going on so you can actually draw anything and everything; it’s fun. Here is the link http://stickfiguregrrl.blogspot.com/I think I am envied now because you play piano; I can’t put my hands on any instrument. Though I want to learn Guitar so let’s see. I’d love to hear you play piano one day.

Those are some happy clouds!
I like your doodle … I’m not sure how happy I’d be with snow … altho, it’s so freaking hot here maybe snow would be a good idea.
Love your painting!
Hey Drowsey,
I have become such a smiley freak.
Come join in, I have arranged for fire as well just in case you start freezing.
