It's tremendously stressful to simultaneously know (or think you know) what you want to do yet not physically be able to accomplish it in a timely manner. And my friends/roommates wonder why all my freetime is spent at my laptop in my room...just trying to make <i>some</i> progress! But I know just what you mean. I see other people's successes and cannot help but compare myself to them.
